Stone Soup were tasked with creating numerous graphics for this major Netflix series.  EARTHSTORM tells the stories of some of the world’s most dramatic natural forces, Volcanos, Hurricanes, Tornados and Earthquakes; and the effects they have on the people who live in their shadow.

 

The producers at Wall To Wall wanted to create a style for the graphics that would be minimal and elegant.  They wanted, where possible, to avoid having to cut to a full CGI moment, and to somehow integrate the explainer graphics in a way that didn't disrupt the narrative. 

 

Stone Soup developed designs that would allow the didactic graphics to be integrated into the live action footage as well as a variety of looks that were designed to suit the particular story.
